Brand

The sleek and minimalist design reflects a commitment to innovation and efficiency. In stark contrast to traditional regulatory software, the SLX logo is energetic, showcases brighter hues of green and blue and a slanted font that cones movement and agility.

Research

Interviewed stakeholders, regulators, and agents to compile information about their present workflow and associated software tools. Insights from my research informed the information architecture, visual hierarchy and which data points to surface. Special consideration was given to information density, showcasing similarities and differences, labels, and metadata.

User Interface

In comparing multiple financial filing systems a common theme was featured interfaces and high information density. Hance, a simplified user experience was at the forefront of this project.

Reporting by Exception

Workflows across all agents began with identifying which policies needed password resets. In many states, passwords automatically reset after a number of days. By plainly displaying the status of each account on the dashboard, we could streamline an important aspect of account management.

Responsive Design

High on the list of wants and needs was the ability to check policies on the go — on mobile devices. This was a major paint point as the current legacy tools are mostly accessible only in desktop and within company networks. SLX was prototyped, testes, and developed to be responsive.
