AMERICAN SAFETY INSTITUTE

Before the redesign, ASI’s services could only be booked over the phone. In order to serve customers more efficiently, I developed a digital strategy where a single website would serve as both a catalog of services and an online booking system.

I also proposed a new information architecture which offered customers a more direct e-commerce experience where they could search for courses by state and by course category.

The new online booking system allows customers to make appointments based on instructor availability. It also allows ASI staff to confirm bookings, process payments, and send appointment notifications.

I revamped the existing ASI brand with a new logo mark that is simpler. A familiar shield shape and a modern typeface allow the logo to scale across touchpoints and devices.

A unified brand and web experience echoes the trust and dependability that sets American Safety Institute apart.
